TITLE: UX Writer III

LOCATION: Culver City, CA

ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6 months

Responsibilities:

  • Create new and improved experiences across services, focusing on commerce and subscriptions.
  • Write interface copy for checkout experiences, products, and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and engineering.
  • Develop and represent a clear point of view while remaining flexible to feedback.
  • Work closely with legal teams to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Attune language to existing patterns, edit existing copy, or develop new content from scratch.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with long-term thinking and quick action.

Requirements:

  • Experience writing for end-to-end product experiences, particularly commerce or checkout flows.
  • Interest in payments and subscriptions, both locally and globally.
  • Passion for user-focused product experiences and upholding privacy and security.
  • Ability to integrate feedback from diverse teams and adjust accordingly.
  • Fluency in design applications for collaboration on wireframes and flows.
  • Experience working with legal teams to ensure policy compliance.
  • Ability to develop or edit content in various formats and styles.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $45.00 to $80.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
