Operations Manager
TITLE: Operations Manager
LOCATION: New York, NY
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 9 months
Responsibilities:
- Assist with coordinating consultant engagements and renewals, including confirming contract terms, documenting budget approvals, and maintaining consultant trackers and databases.
- Help onboard consultants, including vendor enrollment and PO creation and management.
- Monitor consultant invoicing and payments in our client's systems and assist with all payment related issues.
- Provide an excellent level of care and customer service to all GV consultants, working to help with any issues or requests for support.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role.
- Proficient in Google Suite, Ironclad
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, workstreams, and client relationships at once, and with an eye for process optimization and improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn new processes, tools and technologies.
- Self-directed with demonstrated capacity to collaborate well with others.
- Energized by relationship building and providing excellent customer service (can-do attitude, fast response times, etc.).
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $64.16 to $88.87 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
