Business Program Manager
TITLE: Business Program Manager
LOCATION: Sunnyvale, CA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 9 months
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy to advance customer relationships, cloud consumption, and deal progression.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across Go-to-Market, Customer Experience, and Product areas.
- Create cross-functional customer engagement strategies, often leading multiple programs simultaneously.
- Develop tailored CxO engagement plans for a portfolio of accounts.
- Research customer accounts, industry data, and customer sentiment to develop engagement plans.
- Identify and activate customer experience offerings supporting transformation journeys.
- Lead planning and delivery of bespoke customer engagements.
- Drive engagement at Next and key CXO marketing programs to involve key executives.
- Support influencing commercial opportunities and revenue growth through customer experience offerings.
Requirements:
- 6 years of experience in program management, client services, or management consulting.
- Experience delivering enterprise digital transformation projects (e.g., cloud migrations, multi-cloud transformations, data warehousing, analytics, application development, or cybersecurity solutions).
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing customer-facing materials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage without authority.
- Experience working with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and customer bases.
- Knowledge of enterprise go-to-market strategies, sales methods, and collaboration with sales, senior leaders, and marketing.
- Understanding of the broader cloud marketplace and differentiators of cloud offerings.
- Experience leveraging quantitative analysis for decision-making and prioritization.
the hourly pay rate range for this position is $85.00 to $129.51 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
