TITLE: Sr. User Generated Content Analyst
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA (4 days onsite per week – Vinings area)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6+ month contract to hire (W2 Only)
Responsibilities:
  • Support and enhance user-generated content programs across the e-commerce organization.
  • Analyze large datasets, optimize UGC-driven campaigns, run A/B tests, and partner with stakeholders to improve customer experience and engagement.
  • Build reporting dashboards, create summaries, and present insights to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and measure the performance of UGC campaigns, including reviews, photos, Q&A, and sampling submissions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, CRM, product management, data science, and UX.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with FTC and UGC guidelines.
  • Communicate data insights clearly to cross-functional teams.
  • Support review collection and optimization strategies to increase review volume and quality.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on review patterns, coverage gaps, and operational performance.
  • Facilitate data access and promote best practices among teams.
  • Oversee the performance of the Q&A program, analyze unanswered and answered questions, and recommend SOP improvements.
  • Identify and improve operational support processes using Zendesk data.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience working in eCommerce, web site operations, or related data-driven roles.
  • Proven expertise in data analysis, reporting, and analytical tools.
  • Strong understanding of purchase flows, customer journeys, and fulfillment processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, and familiarity with Google BigQuery or similar data warehouse technologies.
  • Experience with A/B testing and interpreting test results.
  • Ability to investigate operational issues and provide actionable recommendations.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with UGC platforms such as Bazaarvoice or similar solutions
  • Knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and scripting is a plus.
  • Experience with Google BigQuery
  • Experience with Qualtrics or other survey/voice-of-customer tools.
  • Background in retail, e-commerce analytics, or digital product optimization.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, customer service, and engineering.
  • Familiarity with review collection tactics and content display features.
  • Nice-to-have skills include experimentation platforms or CRO tools.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
