TITLE: Marketing Data Analyst
LOCATION: San Francisco, CA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 12/01/2025 to 03/31/2026
Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze market and industry trends to support marketing strategies and business case development.
- Gather, break down, compare information to identify the most desirable options for achieving objectives.
- Articulate conflicts between stakeholders' goals, understanding problems and underlying assumptions.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to define strategies and success metrics.
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of marketing and data analytics principles and best practices.
- Track progress toward DEI development through measurable results and engage in learning and reflection.
- Foster an inclusive organizational climate by encouraging decision-making and psychological safety.
- Develop strategies to solve complex business challenges and address stakeholder needs to drive growth.
- Evaluate new market and product opportunities to support cross-functional initiatives.
- Respond to ad-hoc data and research requests, providing analysis and technical support to senior leaders.
- Conduct data-oriented analysis, synthesize information, and influence decision-making through insights.
- Uphold core values and demonstrate sound judgment in actions.
- Create psychological safety for team members and mitigate biases.
- Drive strategic analysis to optimize business performance and ensure execution within relevant regions or departments.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $80.00 to $88.02 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
