Product Owner
3 days onsite in St Paul MN
W2 contract until June 2026 – potential to extend
As a key driver of product success, you’ll define and prioritize features, collaborate closely with development teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Your leadership will be vital in transforming ideas into tangible solutions that delight users and propel the company forward.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions
- Proficient in using product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in SaaS or technology-driven industries
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and customer-centric design
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Pragmatic Product Management are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of product ownership or related experience in a fast-growing environment
The hourly pay rate for this position is $60.00-64.00/hr. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
