TITLE: Employee Engagement Program Manager
LOCATION: Austin, TX
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 12/01/2026 to 08/01/2027
Responsibilities:
- Design, evaluate, and execute strategies that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
- Develop clear communication strategies to promote employee engagement initiatives across various channels.
- Create engaging, scalable training content such as e-learning, workshops, webinars, and leadership development sessions.
- Collaborate with business, leadership, and departmental managers to launch and communicate new engagement programs.
- Design toolkits and resources that empower managers to lead engagement initiatives within their teams.
- Support the implementation of new engagement strategies through targeted change management efforts.
- Analyze data and insights from programs, communicate results, and recommend adjustments to improve impact.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in program management, marketing, training, education, and/or internal engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and build innovative solutions.
- Ability to lead and navigate organizational change effectively.
- Experience leading global programs considering local nuances and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior executives.
Preferred Experience:
- Ability to drive implementation and iteration of strategies.
- Knowledge of professional practices for employee engagement or communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Learning Experience Design, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Editorial Writing, or related field.
- Show an intellectual curiosity to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $74.62 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
