TITLE: Technical Program Manager II

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 05/01/2026 to 09/06/2026

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of programs beyond the immediate team, including change management and performance metrics.
  • Define and address cross-functional challenges using program management methodologies.
  • Develop program charters, project plans, and risk assessments to ensure program delivery.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and manage program escalations.
  • Triage technical issues, assess impact, and resolve tooling and process requests related to engineering execution.
  • Design and deliver communication plans and represent the program team across various touchpoints.
  • Execute change management plans, develop rollout strategies, and monitor progress.
  • Collect data, maintain project trackers and status reports, and proactively manage dependencies.
  • Establish program governance, conduct postmortems, and drive effective team meetings.
  • Determine program phases and metrics to promote continuous improvement, including resource stewardship.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to set and review improvement metrics and provide transparency on program adjustments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role in the tech industry.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, track dependencies, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in Trust & Safety, Compliance, Privacy, Legal Operations, or operational risk management.
  • Ability to coordinate operations across large and complex organizations.
  • Technical understanding of user account systems, identity management, or data governance.
  • Experience in managing alerts, incidents, or escalations for large-scale systems.
  • Strong passion for building safe and helpful products for families and sensitive user groups.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $93.69 to $111.81 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
