What You’ll Do:
- Lead the development and execution of AI/ML products from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Guide cross-functional teams, balancing hands-on contributions with leadership
- Promote an experimentation mindset by leveraging data-driven insights for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions that meet market needs
- Maintain an enterprise-wide perspective, fostering sustainable and scalable product strategies
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of product management experience with a strong technical focus, particularly in AI/ML domains
- Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, concepts, and emerging technologies
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results through effective leadership
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Skilled in translating business requirements into technical deliverables
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
- Ability to make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Consulting experience within high-tech or AI-focused organizations
- Background in design or user experience
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture and strategic product planning
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees preferred
- Extensive experience in AI/ML product management or related roles in innovative tech environments
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to collaborate across teams, potentially including occasional travel
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct, continuous learning, and safety standards
- Proven ability to develop and maintain constructive partnerships with business and technical stakeholders

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $75.00 to $100.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
