Program Manager
TITLE: Program Manager
LOCATION: Kirkland, WA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 05/01/2026 to 05/07/2026
Responsibilities:
- Author program charters that address scope, timeline, OKRs, resourcing, and risks/dependencies in collaboration with program stakeholders.
- Create project plans that break down projects into discrete phases, including risks and dependencies.
- Collect data relating to program progress from stakeholders.
- Maintain project trackers and status reports in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Identify and execute on program tasks, incorporating Product Excellence values, Product Inclusion, and brand trust.
- Collect data to inform mitigations, postmortems, and escalation reports.
- Facilitate effective meetings.
- Create and deliver program communications with stakeholders.
- Ensure communications are organized and visible to immediate stakeholders.
- Document program team roles and responsibilities across projects.
- Author stakeholder map with program stakeholders.
- Identify stakeholder misalignment and coordinate resolution.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of program management experience.
- Develop proficiency in stakeholder management (PgM/TPM).
- Develop proficiency in execution and governance (PgM/TPM).

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $80.00 to $97.82 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
