Business Program Manager
TITLE: Business Program Manager III
LOCATION: Seattle, WA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6 Months
Project Overview:
Program Management role centered around Corporate Real Estate Workplace Service (REWS) initiatives – to engage across REWS or key partners to deliver solutions. Initiatives include experiments with new space products, transitions to new space planning models, and or strategic business changes as it relates to the workplace experience.
Overall Responsibilities:
Coordinate efforts to establish a centralized program governance structure and processes, including maintaining project plans, notes, and coordinating meetings. Understand strategic REWS related changes being driven by or for the business and develop a plan to execute against it.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage REWS related programs by partnering across the organization
- Cross collaboration across multiple pillars to drive solutions, manage expectations, and identify risks.
- Develop communication materials (slides, documents, etc.) to engage leaders within REWS and product areas.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in related fields – Real Estate, project management, communication, change management. Key skills include organization and planning, strategic thinking, strong communication, analytics, and problem-solving abilities with proven ability to deliver on time.
- 7+ years experience as a Program or project manager/coordinator in industry managing and navigating complex, strategic projects and stakeholders in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency with Google enterprise tools is a must and project management tools are expected.
● Ability to integrate use of AI in their everyday work
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $104.59 to $120.72 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
