- Manage and develop video and visual effects (VFX) content from initial ideation through final delivery
- Coordinate all aspects of project planning, including scheduling meetings and documenting progress
- Define project scopes and manage administrative processes such as estimates, purchase orders, and statements of work
- Build relationships with external vendors, organizing reviews and deliverables
- Troubleshoot production challenges and ensure smooth workflows
- Maintain high creative standards and ensure content aligns strategically and technically
- 5+ years of experience in video production, focusing on managing complex projects involving live-action and VFX
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end video content production
- Deep understanding of video production pipelines, post-production workflows, and live-action production
- Excellent project management skills, including managing multiple projects, budgets, and timelines
- Proficiency with Wrike, Keynote, AirTable, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and external vendors
- Ability to create project documentation including scopes of work, estimates, and production schedules
- Creative and effective troubleshooting skills to resolve production issues
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $79.17 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
