TITLE: Test Engineer/QA Tester

LOCATION: N, Atlanta/Duluth, GA

ANTICIPATED DURATION: N/A – PERM 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct rigorous testing of proprietary gaming software prior to release on physical gaming machines.
  • Execute structured test scenarios to validate gameplay logic, transitions, and edge cases.
  • Identify, document, and communicate defects and issues clearly to development teams.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to understand code behavior, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system integrity.
  • Create technical documentation and detailed test reports.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the underlying code and system interactions through hands-on technical testing.
  • Participate early in the development lifecycle to detect potential issues proactively.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Test Engineer or Software QA Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of code and system behavior, with the ability to read, discuss, and troubleshoot code.
  • Experience with Unity and/or C# is strongly preferred.
  • Background testing complex software systems; gaming experience is a plus but not required.
  • Prior testing experience in non-mobile, non-app environments preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Ability to produce clear, comprehensive technical documentation.
