TITLE: NPI Program Manager

LOCATION: Sunnyvale, CA

From 02/01/2026 to 07/03/2026

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of programs, driving program activities that align with business outcomes.
  • Develop systems to identify improvements and drive future optimizations including change management and performance metrics.
  • Define and address undefined cross-functional challenges using program management methodologies.
  • Adjust programs effectively while navigating changing circumstances using independent judgment.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple functions.
  • Author program charters that specify scope, timeline, OKRs, resourcing, and risks/dependencies.
  • Create project plans breaking down projects into phases with risk management and visibility.
  • Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders for effective decision making.
  • Manage program escalations collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver communication plans tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Represent the program team across various touchpoints.
  • Develop and execute change management rollout plans, including impact analysis.
  • Monitor progress and resolve misalignments during change implementation.
  • Collect data independently to govern and execute programs effectively.
  • Maintain project trackers and status reports.
  • Execute program tasks proactively, managing dependencies and adhering to core values like Product Excellence, Inclusion, and Brand Trust.
  • Determine program governance structure, manage mitigations, postmortems, and escalations.
  • Lead effective program team meetings.
  • Establish program phases and metrics for continuous improvement, including resource stewardship.
  • Set regular checkpoints to deliver and assess improvement metrics, providing transparency and rationale for program pivots.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Understanding of new product introduction and material planning and execution.
  • Proficient in communications management, team management, organizational change, technical judgment, stakeholder management, planning, portfolio management, user understanding and empathy, execution and governance, and continuous improvement.

 

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $122.00 to $141.67 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
