Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR function and serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team.
- Oversee all aspects of people operations across a global workforce, including recruiting, engagement, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
- Partner with the executive team to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals across multiple geographies.
- Drive organizational, workforce, and succession planning initiatives globally.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment strategies in the US, UK, and India, including sourcing, screening, and interviews.
- Manage onboarding, career development, and training programs for a global workforce.
- Foster an inclusive and high-performance culture across international offices.
- Guide managers in coaching, conflict resolution, and career pathing.
- Evaluate and optimize compensation, benefits, and reward programs to remain competitive.
- Oversee all benefit management and vendor relationships.
- Manage company policies, compliance, and reporting across global locations.
- Oversee HR and talent acquisition systems such as BambooHR, Lattice, and Greenhouse.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within a global technology or professional services environment.
- Proven experience supporting HR functions in overseas offices.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and familiarity with international HR practices.
- Successful track record building scalable HR processes in a multinational organization.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-cultural interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally on occasion.
- Strategic thinker with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lattice, and BambooHR is preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience supporting a global agency with over 200 employees, with offices in the US, UK, and India.
- Ability to support office amenities, team-building activities, and hybrid work environments.
- Familiarity with employee engagement initiatives and organizational culture development.
- Experience managing multiple benefits and insurance programs.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $80.00 to $100.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
