Production Designer III
TITLE: Production Designer III
LOCATION: Cupertino, CA Hybrid
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 01/27/2026 to 07/27/2026
Responsibilities:
- Produce pixel-perfect redlines, measurements, states, and responsive rules for web interfaces.
- Translate high-fidelity design mocks into engineering-ready specs with clarity.
- Apply existing system components and token architecture consistently across components.
- Identify misalignments, fill systemic gaps, and propose refinements with the design system team.
- Maintain system integrity across new features and refactored UI.
- Partner with product designers, front-end engineers, and the design system team.
- Participate in QA validation, file bugs, and ensure UI matches specs down to the last pixel.
- Execute across complex internal web tooling such as tables, forms, workflows, dashboards, and interactive components.
- Communicate effectively using HTML/CSS-based thinking for clear engineer handoff.
- Organize, clean, refactor, and maintain structured production files in Sketch.
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of design system architecture, tokens, component rules, and governance.
- Proven ability producing detailed redlines for engineering.
- Experience contributing to or applying enterprise-level design systems.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Master-level Sketch skills: libraries, symbol architecture, and precision layouts.
- Fluency in web UI/UX for data-heavy and workflow-heavy tools.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS to express layout, states, and responsive logic.
- Strong communicator who collaborates well with designers and engineers.
- Ability to juggle multiple production tracks simultaneously under tight timelines.
- Proven success in fast-paced environments.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $53.03 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
