QA Designer
TITLE: QA Designer
LOCATION: Culver City, CA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 01/26/2026 to 07/26/2026
Responsibilities:
- Ensure development builds achieve the design intent and adhere to visual specifications for software products across native and third-party platforms.
- Advocate for adoption of design interaction patterns and unit standards.
- Raise visual inconsistencies to the greater design team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product limitations and opportunities.
- Recognize workflow inefficiencies and contribute to their improvement.
- Play a key role in maintaining the visual UI integrity throughout the ecosystem.
Requirements:
- Strong commitment to world-class design quality within the software development cycle.
- Creative thinker with exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to provide clear and diplomatic design guidance.
- Skilled in identifying pixel-level UI inconsistencies across multiple projects.
- Proficient with operating systems and design tools like Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Previous experience with iOS, macOS AP, Xcode, and QA processes is a plus.
- Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of emerging technology including AI/ML and automation.
- Passion for user-focused, inclusive, and accessible design.
- Ability to establish rapport across functions in complex organizations.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $71.00 to $71.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
