Senior UI Lead
TITLE: Senior UI Lead
LOCATION:Remote
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 02/02/2026 to 07/08/2026
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of UI engineers in the development of high-performance web applications using React and Next.js.
- Enforce code quality and hold the team accountable for deliverables.
- Architect front-end solutions that can handle large scale and traffic.
- Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless integration with microservices architecture.
- Mentor junior developers and elevate the technical maturity of the group.
Requirements:
- Expert-level React and Next.js skills.
- Proven leadership experience in leading developers and conducting code reviews.
- Experience working on large-scale B2C or B2B e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to hold engineering standards and deadlines with a personable yet firm approach.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Svelte or React Native.
- Background in re-platforming legacy systems.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $61.32 to $67.45 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
