Required Skills:
- Proven experience in UX design, architecture, or related roles
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Expertise with wireframing, prototyping, and UX/UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean UX methodologies
- Background in data-driven design and analytics
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field
- 5+ years of UX design or architecture experience, with a strong portfolio of successful projects
Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or project collaboration if needed
- Relevant certifications in UX, Interaction Design, or related areas are a plus

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $65.00to $68.93/hr. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
