UX Architect
Hybrid in Atlanta, Minneapolis OR San Francisco 
W2 contract through end of 2026 

Innovative UX Architect Wanted to Redefine User Experiences

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in UX design, architecture, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Expertise with wireframing, prototyping, and UX/UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
  • Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
  • Familiarity with Agile and Lean UX methodologies
  • Background in data-driven design and analytics

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field
  • 5+ years of UX design or architecture experience, with a strong portfolio of successful projects

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or project collaboration if needed
  • Relevant certifications in UX, Interaction Design, or related areas are a plus

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $65.00to $68.93/hr.  Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
