Technical Product Manager
2-3 days onsite in Peachtree Corners, GA
Direct Hire, Full Time Role

In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of product initiatives—from gathering user feedback and defining opportunities to collaborating with engineering, designing intuitive user flows, and measuring success through data.

As Technical Product Manager, you’ll lead projects end-to-end, from uncovering opportunities to launching products. Your day-to-day may include:

  • Reviewing feedback from schools, parents, and internal teams to spot trends and define opportunities.

  • Partnering with design in Figma or on a whiteboard to simplify user flows

  • Writing user stories and collaborating with engineering on trade-offs, requirements, and delivery.

  • Using analytics (Google Analytics, dashboards, experiments) to measure impact and adjust quickly.

  • Prototyping new ideas to validate before pulling in engineering.

  • Planning and executing go-to-market rollouts with cross-functional teams

  • Jumping in where needed: QA flows, troubleshoot with support, or prepare release notes and product update videos.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  •  2–6 years of product management or related experience, ideally with a technical degree

  • Comfort discussing APIs, data flows, and platform trade-offs with engineers

  • Strong ability to analyze data, calculate business impact, and make ROI-driven decisions

  • Excellent prioritization skills with a bias toward iterative shipping and fast learning

  • Adaptable in ambiguous environments, and able to persevere through challenges and learn from them

  • Willingness to prototype, QA, and test hypotheses independently

  • Strong communicator who can align diverse stakeholders with clarity

The compensation range for this position is $130,000-$150,000
(dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
