TITLE: Sr. Business Analyst / Product Owner

LOCATION: Atlanta, GA – (hybrid)

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 01/26/2026 to 12/31/2026 + extensions

Responsibilities:

  • Define, document, and prioritize business needs to ensure effective delivery of products and enhancements.
  • Partner with the product owner team, tech delivery team, and business stakeholders to shape requirements.
  • Manage the backlog and drive value-based delivery in an Agile environment.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support project objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst and Product Owner.
  • UAT experience.
  • BRD (Business Requirements Document) experience.
  • Integration experience.

Preferred Experience:

  • Salesforce experience (does not need a Salesforce BA).

Technical and Experience-Related Questions

  1. Can you describe your experience as a Business Analyst and Product Owner? Specifically, how have you managed requirements gathering and backlog prioritization in previous roles?
  2. How familiar are you with creating and managing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)? Can you give an example of a complex BRD you developed?
  3. Do you have experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)? If so, what has been your role in planning, coordinating, or executing UAT activities?
  4. Have you worked on integrating different systems or applications? Please describe your involvement in systems integration projects.
  5. What experience do you have working within an Agile environment? How do you manage and prioritize a product backlog?

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $55.00 to $65.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
