Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator
Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote considered for the right candidate)
Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator to take ownership of a newly implemented Dynamics environment that supports call center operations. This role is critical to the business and will serve as the primary subject matter expert for Dynamics within the organization. Development has recently been completed and the platform is in the process of being handed off, making this a unique opportunity to step in at a pivotal moment and shape the long-term success of the system.
This position will sit on a Systems Engineering team and will be responsible for administration, deployments, troubleshooting, and overall platform health. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically strong, and comfortable mentoring others while building internal capability.
Responsibilities
- Own administration and ongoing maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment
- Manage users, security, system configuration, and platform “hygiene”
- Lead all deployments across environments (non-production and production)
- Utilize DevOps tools, pipelines, and scripts to support release management
- Troubleshoot application issues, review logs, and determine root cause
- Partner with development teams to communicate issues and resolution paths
- Support business-requested enhancements by coordinating and executing deployments
- Create and manage Power Platform components such as flows and automations
- Document processes and best practices for platform support
- Mentor and coach team members to build internal Dynamics knowledge and coverage
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Experience with deployment mechanisms, pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Proven troubleshooting skills, including log analysis and issue triage
- Experience working in customized Dynamics environments
- Exposure to Power Platform (administration and flow creation)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of a critical platform
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business teams
Nice to Have
- Light scripting experience for custom deployment needs
- Experience supporting call center or customer service platforms
- Background in enterprise IT or systems engineering environments
Additional Details
This is a contract-to-hire role designed to ensure mutual fit. The platform supports a core business function, and this position will play a central role in its stability, growth, and long-term success. It is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, influence, and building something meaningful from the ground up.The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50 – 60/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
