Role Overview
As a Talent Operations & Recruiting Specialist, you support the health of the talent ecosystem by balancing operational process management with active recruiting support to meet hiring demand. You solve staffing problems using standard tools and a foundational understanding of staffing processes, with a focus on program coordination, immigration tracking, and candidate management.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with internal teams to monitor and track end-to-end immigration processes for new hires, ensuring all milestones stay on track for successful onboarding
- Act as a flexible resource to support the full recruitment lifecycle, performing active sourcing and candidate management as needed to meet hiring goals during peak periods
- Assist with the coordination and execution of Early Career and intern hiring cycles, including campus engagement logistics and seasonal program management
- Identify and implement process improvements across the staffing lifecycle by addressing root causes and providing recommendations to improve productivity
- Build and execute an equitable, inclusive, and accessible hiring system through standardized operational processes
- Interpret and analyze staffing data (e.g., pass-through rates, system accuracy) to provide actionable recommendations and ensure pipeline integrity
- Manage headcount tracking and support the preparation of accurate candidate packets, ensuring interview feedback is complete and aligned to role qualifications
- Support and manage relationships with key partners (e.g., Staffing Services, Compensation) to address staffing and operational challenges
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency in data analysis and synthesis
- Proficiency with staffing systems and tools (ATS)
- Experience with active sourcing and candidate management
- Experience with resource planning and headcount management
- Experience with process documentation and continuous improvement
- Experience tracking immigration and onboarding workflows
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $45.00 to $53.99/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
