Senior Project Manager
W2 3-year contract, potential to convert FTE
4 days onsite in Atlanta GA or Birmingham AL
Responsibilities:
- Lead the cross-functional delivery of a range of technology deliverables using advanced negotiation facilitation planning and dependency management techniques
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, detailed tasks, and resource requirements from concept creation through implementation
- Lead sprint planning and stand-up meetings to facilitate the entire project lifecycle from start to finish
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to break complex multi-disciplinary technology projects into prioritized and properly scoped plans of action
- Create clear visibility into status and progress within the team and for stakeholders
- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks
- Define and drive mitigation plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and relevant IT project management experience
- PMP Certification required
- Strong analytical and project management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize, track, and deliver results
- Experienced using Clarity PPM tool a plus
- Experience leading ERP software implementation projects a plus
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $70.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
