TITLE: Recruiter

LOCATION: Minneapolis, MN, Charolette, NC, or Tempe, AZ 

ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6 months

Job Description:

  • Responsible for supporting business objectives through proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for positions.
  • Identifies candidates using a variety of sources and techniques while knowing the best channels to find and reach candidates in diverse talent pools.
  • Drives recruiting process in a timely and cost effective manner.
  • Demonstrates a proven commitment to provide a diverse talent pool and a positive experience for the hiring manager and candidate.

Top Requirements: 

  1. Experience sourcing and recruiting Financial Advisors.  
  2. Ability to source candidates from a variety of resources.
  3. Cold calling candidates, including finding contact information and reaching out directly to candidates.
  4. Ability to actively track outreach and progress with candidates
  5. 3-5 years of experience

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Knowledge of talent acquisition processes including sourcing and selection of a broad, diverse population of applicants
  • Ability to connect with Financial Advisor candidates through a variety of media, including cold calling.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Basic marketing and recruitment network skills
  • Ability to review and understand data, trends and metrics
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $33.95 to $39.00/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
