TITLE: Recruiter
LOCATION: Minneapolis, MN, Charolette, NC, or Tempe, AZ
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6 months
Job Description:
- Responsible for supporting business objectives through proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for positions.
- Identifies candidates using a variety of sources and techniques while knowing the best channels to find and reach candidates in diverse talent pools.
- Drives recruiting process in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Demonstrates a proven commitment to provide a diverse talent pool and a positive experience for the hiring manager and candidate.
Top Requirements:
- Experience sourcing and recruiting Financial Advisors.
- Ability to source candidates from a variety of resources.
- Cold calling candidates, including finding contact information and reaching out directly to candidates.
- Ability to actively track outreach and progress with candidates
- 3-5 years of experience
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of talent acquisition processes including sourcing and selection of a broad, diverse population of applicants
- Ability to connect with Financial Advisor candidates through a variety of media, including cold calling.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong project management skills
- Basic marketing and recruitment network skills
- Ability to review and understand data, trends and metrics
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $33.95 to $39.00/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
