ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 02/16/2026 to 12/31/2027
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate meetings and follow up on action items
- Work with cross-functional teams to advance project goals
- Manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Communicate project status to stakeholders using dashboards
- Allocate resources effectively and define project governance
- Lead a cross-functional team while motivating members
- Interface with vendors and internal resources
- Support project-related business and technical communication
- Build team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines
Requirements:
- Education: BA/BS Degree or 4 years of additional experience required
- 3 years of related experience
- Experience with Epic Systems
- Strong project leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to facilitate meetings and manage cross-functional teams
Preferred Experience:
- Epic Systems – Beaker Anatomic Pathology experience
- PMP certification
- Experience working with lab systems
- Flexibility for time zone considerations
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $40.00 to $65.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
