The Finance Data & Technology (FDT) Web Developer will support and enhance a portfolio of internal web applications used by business teams, including tools such as compensation, accruals, and other internal business systems. • Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews

  • Ensure applications adhere to internal security, privacy, and compliance standards

  • Collaborate with other developers to follow and improve development best practices

  • Experience debugging both frontend and backend issues

  • Experience working in an Agile development environment

    • AWS

    • Docker

    • Python or other object-oriented programming languages

  • Experience supporting internal tools rather than customer-facing products

  • Familiarity with enterprise environments
