Operations Program Manager
TITLE: Operations Program Manager
LOCATION: Cupertino, CA (hybrid, on-site Tuesday – Thursday)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 12 months
Responsibilities:
- Lead qualification of new components, modules, and processes for shipping.
- Partner closely with Engineering, GSM, Operations teams, and CMs to establish qualification plans, timelines, benchmarks, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Drive cross-functional alignment.
- Coordinate build readiness and execution with OEMs.
- Lead executive communications.
- Report KPI metrics via dashboards.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in operations/program management, manufacturing, process engineering, or product development.
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field required.
- Strong program management, cross-functional leadership, risk management, and executive communication skills
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with SQL/Tableau a plus.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60 to $65.25 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
