TITLE: Creative Marketing III

LOCATION: San Francisco, CA

ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6 months

 

Role Overview:

As a Creative Manager, you drive outcomes for content creation and production projects within a PA or one or more content or media projects across PAs, impacting key results. You contribute to long-term strategy development and drive the production of content and media products that address the needs of multiple types of audiences. Acting as a subject matter specialist, you demonstrate expertise related to content and media design, development, writing, production (including pre-production, physical production, and post-production), publishing, and operations. You generate ideas to solve product, design, or production problems of high complexity and scope with multiple approaches, reaching an optimal solution, with foresight to anticipate and address future issues. Influencing and collaborating across technical and production teams, you build strong relationships internally and externally, develop and enhance production plans and strategies, drive technical and creative visions, and create compelling stories.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluate third-party resources and build and manage relationships with third-party agencies and other partners. Manage relationships with internal teams, other platform resources and external resources, and evaluate creative and production proposals.
  • Drive creative and technical vision for creative content to align with vision, conduct interviews and screenings across disciplines, and direct creative and technical changes across disciplines for optimal story development.
  • Drive complex content creation projects and one or more content creation teams. Devise creative solutions, bring them from conception to launch.
  • Contribute to creative content strategy developing, incorporating innovative solutions to complex problems. Suggest different production styles and techniques to understand their applications while creating digital media products.
  • Influence work groups or other teams by defining and reviewing creative content development style, processes, or templates.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Work x-Marketing across the campaign life cycle (conception through execution) to drive alignment on dependencies, risks, and resource allocation to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, focuses on program governance and connecting the dots across disparate workstreams, ensuring strategic initiatives are executed efficiently at scale. Drives agendas and action items for weekly campaign syncs to ensure fast paced delivery.

 

Minimum Requirement:

  • A portfolio of creative work displaying experience in (Brand, Interactive, Conceptual, Experiential, or Technology) design.
  • 5 years of experience working in a creative discipline (e.g., writing, filmmaking, video editing, design, art direction, photography, etc.).

 

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $101.54 to $123.14/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
