Operations Program Specialist (NPI)
TITLE: Program Manager
LOCATION: Cupertino, CA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: now- February 2027

We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Program Specialist (NPI) to play a crucial role in streamlining processes, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring successful product launches. Required Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to analyze data and improve operational workflows
- Experience with product launches or new product introductions
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain processes
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Prior experience working in a hybrid or flexible work environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or product launch roles
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $65.00 to $73.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
