Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Duration: 10 Months
Location: Remote


Role Overview:
The Operations Coordinator is a key member of the team responsible for executing the end-to-end process of issuing credits to non-profits, researchers, and academic institutions. This role manages the operational queue in Salesforce, ensures compliance, and serves as the front-line point of contact for award recipients and internal requesters. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of credit requests using the Salesforce CRM, from initial intake and review to final closure.
  • Conduct critical compliance checks, including sanctions screening and anti-bribery verifications, to ensure program integrity.
  • Serve as the primary troubleshooter for award recipients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues via email and other channels.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with external recipients and internal program managers.
  • Execute the issuance of credits and coupons, coordinating with finance teams as needed.
  • Maintain and update core operational documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides, and FAQs.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • 2-4 years of experience in an operations, project coordination, or customer service role.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of tasks accurately.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience working with ticketing systems, CRMs, or case management software.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with Salesforce.
    • Formal training or certification in customer service.
    • Experience working in a remote, globally distributed team.

The salary range for this position is $70,000.00 – 75,000.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
