Responsibilities:
- Assist with ABC org specific creative level recruiting and outreach without accessing personal or user-specific inbound recruiting information.
- Work with managers and augment internal recruiters’ efforts by coordinating speaking engagements, ghost writing blog posts, and organizing podcast appearances.
- Help with logistics for the 90-day onboarding program, including monthly bootcamps at San Jose and Krakow offices, using Google AI to enhance the process.
- Manage the full lifecycle of programs independently, focusing on driving business outcomes and optimizing processes.
- Author program charters that specify scope, timeline, OKRs, resourcing, and risks/dependencies.
- Create project plans that include risks, dependencies, and visibility into constraints.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to facilitate decision making.
- Manage program escalations and design communication plans tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Develop change management rollout plans, monitor progress, and resolve misalignments.
- Collect data, maintain project trackers, and execute program tasks proactively managing dependencies.
- Define program governance, lead team meetings, and establish metrics for continuous improvement.
- Provide transparency into program progress and justify program pivots as needed.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $122.13 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
