Overview
We’re seeking a Staff / Principal-level UX Leader to drive strategic experience direction within a complex, high-visibility environment. This role is ideal for someone who operates beyond execution — shaping vision, influencing senior stakeholders, and aligning cross-functional teams around meaningful experience outcomes.
You’ll work at the intersection of product strategy, systems thinking, and human-centered design, helping steer decisions that impact large-scale digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead strategic UX initiatives that define and evolve product & experience direction
• Partner with product, engineering, and business leadership to create alignment
• Translate ambiguity into clear, actionable experience frameworks
• Facilitate discovery efforts including stakeholder interviews, focus groups, and usability studies
• Advocate for user-centered solutions while balancing constraints and competing priorities
• Drive continuity across high-stakes stakeholder environments
What We’re Looking For
• Staff / Principal-level experience in UX, Product Design, or Experience Design
• Strong strategic thinking & storytelling capabilities
• Proven success influencing senior/executive stakeholders
• Expertise navigating complex organizational dynamics
• Experience leading research & discovery activities
• Systems thinking / service design / customer experience mindset
Key Prerequisite

This is not simply adjacent exposure to marketing teams — we’re looking for professionals who have:
• Built or contributed to advertiser / marketer-facing platforms
• Worked within MarTech, AdTech, retail media, or advertising ecosystems
• Developed workflows, tools, or systems supporting campaign management, media planning, targeting, or performance
Ideal Background (Nice to Have)
• MarTech / AdTech / Retail Media experience
• Enterprise / B2B platform design
• Experience design at scale
• Executive-level facilitation & influence
Engagement Details
• W2 Contract-to-Hire (long-term initiative)
• EST hours (9–5 EST)

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $70.00 to $80.00/hr. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
