Customer Lifecycle Management Lead

We’re seeking a dynamic CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management) Lead to spearhead innovative engagement and retention strategies that captivate audiences and elevate our subscription services. Required Skills
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in digital marketing with proven success in growing user engagement and retention
- Strong expertise in developing and optimizing customer lifecycle programs, including push notifications, email, and in-app messaging
- Expertise in A/B testing, data analysis, and marketing optimization
- Technical fluency to lead complex customer journey development, signals integration, and orchestration across multiple teams
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong project management skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating strategies clearly to both senior leadership and technical teams
- Ability to work under pressure and manage large-scale, international initiatives
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience in media, entertainment, or subscription-based businesses
- Knowledge of geo-specific marketing strategies and messaging
- Familiarity with international marketing dynamics and cultural tailoring
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and platforms
Preferred Education and Experience
- BA/BS degree required; MS/MA/MBA preferred
- Extensive track record of leading lifecycle marketing programs, especially within media or consumer subscription sectors
- Proven success in testing and optimizing multi-channel marketing tactics, including push, email, and in-app messaging
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $80.00 to $89.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
