Senior/Staff UX Designer
Join Our Team as a Senior/Staff UX Designer and Shape the Future of Supply Chain Innovation!
Are you a passionate UX design expert eager to tackle complex workflows and create impactful user experiences? We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior or Staff UX Designer to lead end-to-end design initiatives within our Supply Chain division, focusing on Distribution, Fulfillment, and Warehousing. This is your chance to work on cutting-edge applications that optimize operational efficiency, collaborating closely with product managers and developers to deliver user-centered solutions from discovery through validation.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in end-to-end UX processes including user research, discovery, design, and validation
- Proven experience designing with complex workflows, design systems, and web applications for both desktop and mobile
- Strong proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Miro
- Ability to estimate work and deliverables accurately
- Highly autonomous with a proactive, action-oriented mindset
- Excellent collaboration skills for design reviews within established patterns and systems
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with AI features like FigmaMake
- Experience with supply chain or logistics applications
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in UX design, preferably in enterprise or supply chain environments
Other Requirements:
- Travel: 10-15% for user validation and pilot support, both locally and out-of-state
- Start date: As soon as possible, ideally March to accommodate team onboarding and project timelines

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $60.00 to $70.00/hr. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
