Title: Program Manager

Location: Cupertino, CA

Duration: 6 months

 

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and support key talent development initiatives. This individual will drive program execution, tool adoption, and operational excellence across a portfolio of talent management programs. The role requires strong project management, change leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage talent development programs, including development planning, check-ins, and executive coaching initiatives.
  • Provide end-to-end project management support, including communications, coordination with People Business Partners (PBPs), and vendor management.
  • Lead project management and change efforts for the rollout of a new talent development tool, including training strategy and implementation.
  • Partner closely with PBPs to drive effective adoption within their lines of business, building manager capability for development conversations and team member engagement.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to evaluate adoption metrics, monitor tool usage, and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Work cross-functionally within the talent management team and with key stakeholders to drive operational excellence across talent programs.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of HR experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience specializing in Talent Management (or related field) leading programs within a business.
  • Strong project management and change management experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to simplify complex challenges and distill decisions to their core components.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities.
  • Self-starter who thrives in new and exploratory environments.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional coaching experience.
  • Proficiency with Pages, Numbers, Keynote, and Excel.

 

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $90.00 to $104.51 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
