Job Title: University Relations Outreach Coordinator
Location: Remote
Duration: 10 Months
 

You will be working with a team of program managers who lead complex, multidisciplinary projects, ushering projects through the entire lifecycle – managing schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it’s up to these program managers to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines. 
 

Overall Responsibilities: 

– Assist program managers in the development of various outreach programs, which includes coordination of event logistics, scheduling, preparing documentation, tracking, and reporting 

– Secure and book suitable venue or location for events/workshops

– Coordinate venue management, caterers, stand designers, collateral, contractors and equipment hire 

– Partner with our clients to coordinate details of events 

– Communicate with external and internal guests on outreach programs 

– Partner with PgMs on tasks regarding faculty funding programs 
 

Required Skills: 

– Bachelor's degree in any field 

– Strong organizational and project management skills; attention to detail 

– Proficient in Google products (e.g., Gmail, calendar, spreadsheets, docs)

– Autonomy and responsiveness; ability to take initiative 

– Ability to prioritize and multitask, and to positively contribute in a fast-paced and changing work environment 

– Experience working with and influencing senior engineers/stakeholders 

– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; sense of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy 

– Enthusiasm, team spirit and exceptional customer service focus 
 

Preferred Qualifications: 

– Experience in program/event management a plus 

– Experience managing multiple projects/events 

– Travel (5-10%)

The salary range for this position is $70,000.00 – 75,000.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
