TITLE: Customer Solutions Engineer
LOCATION: Mountainview, CA
ANTICIPATED DURATION:1 year 

Responsibilities:

  • Guide developers through ucp.dev specifications and debug JSON/API errors using internal logs
  • Help configure Merchant Center and validate integrations before launch
  • Document edge cases to build internal and external documentation, processes, and best practices
  • Act as “Customer Zero” for onboarding tools to ensure scalability
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop and improve the clients products and tools

Requirements:

  • API proficiency and troubleshooting experience with eCommerce APIs
  • Experience with agentic AI, LLM agents, MCP, and A2A technologies
  • 4-5 years of experience in a technical partner solutions role
  • Strong customer service skills with a commitment to providing excellent support
  • Experience with complex project management, support processes, and documentation
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Product Management, and Engineering

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with eCommerce API integration, troubleshooting, and debugging
  • Familiarity with AI technology, including LLM agents, MCP, and A2A



The hourly pay rate range for this position is $90.00 to $122.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
