Position Overview:
We are looking for a Data Analyst to build and maintain the software and data infrastructure that powers our analytics and reporting. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting robust data pipelines, creating technical solutions for complex data challenges, and ensuring the reliability of our data systems. The ideal candidate has a strong software engineering background and a passion for working with data.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines (ETL) to process and transform data from various sources.

Develop software solutions to automate data ingestion, processing, and integration.

Implement technical solutions for data reporting and analysis needs.

Triage, debug, and resolve issues within the data infrastructure and pipelines to ensure high levels of data quality and availability.

Plan and execute independently on projects, including the migration and modernization of existing data systems.

Translate complex data requirements into effective engineering solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

High proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction, manipulation, and analysis

Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar).

Experience building and managing ETL processes and data pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Experience:
-
Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL best practices.

A meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach to identifying and resolving data-related issues within a defined scop

Demonstrated experience with Salesforce, particularly with API integration and extracting data for analytics.

Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies.

Experience building backend systems to support data visualization tools and dashboards.

Ability to lead technical projects and work independently within a provided framework.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50 to $55 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
