2 days onsite in Atlanta GA
W2 contract until August 31st 2026 – potential to extend or convert FTE
Responsibilities:
- Serve as servant leader and coach for Agile teams.
- Facilitate team learning and growth and drive development of a Lean / Agile operating model.
- Work with teams to continuously improve productivity, predictability, and transparency while guiding Agile ceremonies, release planning, and impediment removal.
- Coach and provide guidance to help teams through Agile ceremonies, release planning, and impediment removal.
- Foster an inclusive culture, ensuring team members are fully engaged, understand and accept team and individual accountabilities, and collaborate effectively.
- Coach assigned teams on adherence to Lean / Agile methodologies and cross-team planning and delivery processes.
- Lead team efforts in relentless improvement by teaching problem solving techniques and helping improve self-reliance.
- Work with teams and team members to foster a high-performance culture and effective issue resolution.
- Monitor and track planning, completion, and implementation metrics.
- Provide data and updates to help stakeholders track progress.
- Summarize team planning objectives, publishing and communicating for visibility and transparency.
- Improve program increment (PI) planning and related processes to develop and drive vision, roadmap, backlog, and PI planning activities.
- Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings at the program level.
- Ensure issue data quality levels within team boards.
- Assist with internal and external communication to improve transparency.
- Contribute to Lean / Agile Practice team knowledge sessions by presenting learning topics.
- Define, develop, and recommend tool and process improvement methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years’ experience in a related field; or a master's degree and 2 years’ experience; or a Ph.D. and 1 year’s experience; or 12 years’ experience in a related field with no degree.
- Skilled in analytical thinking, effective presentations, managing multiple priorities, project administration & management, and technology savvy.
- Acts with integrity.
- Skilled in building partnerships, driving innovation, focusing on execution, and striving for excellence.
- Ability to execute duties successfully within required timeframes to meet business requirements.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $55.00 to $66.50 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
