Space Planning Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Space Planning Specialist to be a vital part of our innovative global Design Studios team. In this role, you will support our Spaces Program Manager by executing strategic space planning initiatives, managing occupancy data, and coordinating projects that shape inspiring workplaces around the world. Required Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in space planning, project coordination, or operations within a creative or tech environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to track, organize, and present data clearly and effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across various organizational levels
- Self-motivated with initiative and the ability to work independently
- Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
- Familiarity with workplace management solutions (e.g., Tririga) is a plus
- Proficient in Numbers, Keynote, and collaboration tools such as Slack and Quip
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with digital floor mapping and occupancy analysis
- Knowledge of project management best practices
- Ability to coordinate relocations and manage schedules effectively
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred; equivalent relevant work experience (AA/AS) acceptable
Other Requirements:
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Willingness to coordinate across multiple global locations
- Prior experience supporting workplace strategy initiatives is advantageous

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $35.49/hr to $50.49/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
