Join our dynamic team as a Training Specialist 3 and play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's learning and development initiatives. In this challenging and rewarding position, you will coordinate and deliver high-impact training programs that empower our workforce, foster collaboration across departments, and drive organizational excellence. Your expertise will help us develop innovative learning solutions aligned with industry standards, supporting our strategic growth and commitment to continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, instructional design, business, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Seven or more years of experience developing and/or delivering training programs.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and non-technical materials clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in developing blended learning solutions using Adobe (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Captivate, Flash, Dreamweaver, Articulate, Presenter, Engage, Quizmaker, SnagIt) and web conferencing technologies.
- Strong organizational, operational, and logistical skills to support training functions and courses.
- Ability to analyze training effectiveness based on feedback and observations, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Excellent relationship-building skills to collaborate with HR, SMEs, vendors, managers, and leadership across the organization.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in aerospace or related industries.
- Knowledge of corporate security standards and compliance.
- Familiarity with additional training and learning management systems.
- Experience with project management and process improvement initiatives.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or related fields.
- At least seven years of hands-on experience in training development and delivery.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to operate classroom technology, webinars, and virtual meeting tools effectively.
- Willingness to support continuous process enhancements and stay updated on industry best practices.
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technological tools and trends in training and development.

The hourly pay rate for this position is $16.39 to $39.39. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
