TITLE: Scrum Master/Product Owner

LOCATION: Atlanta, GA

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 03/23/2026 to 09/23/2026

Responsibilities:

  • Support multiple agile teams working across enterprise systems including ERP, Salesforce CRM, and data integration initiatives.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Guide teams in practical Agile delivery, focusing on outcomes rather than rigid process.
  • Identify process improvements and help teams evolve their workflows.
  • Track progress, blockers, and team performance metrics across four Scrum teams.
  • Use Jira and Confluence to manage work, reporting, and documentation.
  • Maintain delivery dashboards and tracking boards.
  • Support initiatives spanning ERP systems, Salesforce CRM, and data integration.
  • Ensure teams remain aligned with broader delivery goals.
  • Work closely with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure strong collaboration and communication.

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting 5–8+ years in Agile delivery roles.
  • Support for multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of engineering workflows and delivery processes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional technology teams.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence within the Atlassian ecosystem.
  • Ability to work alongside developers and QA teams.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $70.00 to $73.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
