Responsibilities:
- Drive multiple programs, organizing and leading stakeholder activities to deliver business, operational, and technical improvements.
- Define, phase, and manage cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges, including change management initiatives.
- Ensure alignment among senior stakeholders and translate ambiguous program goals into clear objectives and milestones.
- Create project plans with defined phases, risks, dependencies, and measures of success.
- Develop communication plans and represent programs effectively across touchpoints.
- Develop and monitor change management rollout plans, proactively addressing pivots and impacts.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to facilitate decision-making and resolve misalignments.
- Collect and analyze data to govern programs and support stakeholder decisions.
- Manage dependencies, track program tasks, and create automated processes for enhanced monitoring.
- Establish program governance structures for risk mitigation, postmortems, and escalations.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Portfolio Management (PgM/TPM), Team Management, Continuous Improvement, Managing Organizational Change, Communications Management, Planning, Stakeholder Management, Execution and Governance, Technical Judgment, User understanding and empathy.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $110.00 to $127.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
