TITLE: Procurement Agent 3

LOCATION: Rosemead, CA (Hybrid – 2 days Onsite)

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 03/04/2026 to 03/03/2027

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in negotiating pricing, contract terms and conditions; prepare contractual documents and binding agreements.
  • Support senior level Procurement Agents with project management activities.
  • Develop and deploy supplier strategies and plans.
  • Contribute to the improvement of existing processes and implementation of cost reduction initiatives.
  • Develop understanding of supplier capacity and ensure ongoing production readiness and health.
  • Monitor and manage sub-tier supplier readiness and performance.
  • Engage with multiple organizational leaders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Typically possesses five or more years of experience in negotiating and purchasing.
  • Knowledge and demonstrated ability to apply principles of financial analysis, activity based costing and supply chain methodology.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Experience gathering client requirements and negotiating support requirements.
  • Ability to develop mitigation plans for risks and monitor to closure.
  • Employ project management tools to analyze and manage supplier performance, including technical, quality, cost and schedule.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $16.00 to $40.36 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
