Title: Program manager
Location: Cupertino, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months

Join our as a Program Manager and make a global impact by transforming how small and medium business customers experience innovative solutions. In this dynamic role, you will lead key programs that directly influence the company's SMB strategy, working across teams to develop and execute initiatives that drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Your efforts will shape the future of the company’s SMB offerings, enabling sales teams worldwide to deliver a truly exceptional, personalized experience.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, strategic operations, or consulting focused on operational execution and process improvement
  • Proven success in launching complex, multi-quarter programs with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, logistics, and sales
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop performance metrics, data-driven recommendations, and business cases
  • Excellent written communication skills, capable of translating complex processes into clear guidance and leadership recommendations
  • Experience influencing product or system roadmaps based on data insights and stakeholder needs

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in sales operations, B2B commercial programs, or retail operations
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or other custom platforms and driving user adoption
  • Background in operational strategy within the technology or retail sector

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; an MBA is a plus
  • Experience working in large, distributed teams or global programs is highly desirable

Other Requirements:

  • Location: Cupertino, CA, with a hybrid schedule (Tues, Wed, Thurs in office)
  • Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and manage change effectively

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $80 to $120 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
