TITLE: Customer Logistics Analyst
LOCATION: Roswell, GA (2-day hybrid)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 03/10/2026 to 09/09/2026 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute manual customer order entry, leveraging OCR tools and process where possible to drive efficiencies while ensuring accuracy.
  • Provide superior service to sales and customers with current information on stock availability and order changes.
  • Handle customer inquiries, maintaining professionalism, courtesy, and accuracy.
  • Ensure technical proficiency in SAP, Service Cloud, and Outlook through ongoing training.
  • Participate in projects and department training, identifying opportunities for process improvements using LEAN tools.
  • Contribute to a respectful team environment, supporting department and company objectives efficiently.
  • Communicate clearly and timely with management, team members, and customers.
  • Manage customer purchase orders and process transactions using SAP throughout the order fulfillment process.
  • Oversee operation of OCR tool, ensuring accurate and timely processing of PDF manual orders.
  • Manually enter orders not generated via OCR, validating data and coordinating with customer care.
  • Build and maintain strong internal/external customer relationships.
  • Collaborate and communicate daily to resolve order management and supply chain issues.
  • Coordinate with teams on returns, cancellations, quality complaints, overages, shortages, and damages.
  • Achieve KPIs related to order entry cycle time and phone metrics.
  • Support process improvements and embrace LEAN culture.
  • Learn about KCP products to better understand customer needs and provide quality service.
  • Attend team meetings and training to support departmental objectives.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service in all job functions.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, distribution, planning, and marketing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 3 years related experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook and Word).
  • Experience supporting customers over the phone or in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to satisfy customer expectations.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build sustainable internal and external customer relationships.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
