Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field
- Four or more years of experience developing and/or delivering training programs
- Strong ability to communicate technical and non-technical material clearly and understandably
- Proficiency in preparing instructional materials and facilitating engaging learning experiences
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with e-learning platforms or digital training tools
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Prior experience working with diverse or specialized staff populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in relevant fields
- At least four years of relevant training development or instructional delivery experience
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to adapt to various training environments and potential travel considerations

The hourly pay rate for this position is $16.00 to $37.22. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
