Required Skills:
- Minimum of 7+ years in program management or management consulting, overseeing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong strategic problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset
- Exceptional stakeholder management and alignment skills, capable of influencing senior leaders
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and managing program risks and dependencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare senior-ready reports and presentations
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working within the Small & Medium Business (SMB) sector in a retail setting
- Familiarity with field sales organizations and direct-to-customer sales models
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Extensive experience in program management, ideally with exposure to retail or SMB sectors
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work remotely with flexibility, supporting 40 hours per week
- Strong organizational skills to independently manage urgent requests and maintain comprehensive program documentation
- Willingness to collaborate across diverse teams and facilitate cross-functional integration

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $80 to $104 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
