LOCATION: Remote but MUST BE within 180 miles of Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL, Phoenix, AZ OR Dallas, TX

About the role
We're looking for an AI-forward UX Generalist to join a large enterprise team building customer-facing digital experiences. This isn't a role for someone who dabbles in AI tools — we want a designer who's already weaving them into their daily workflow and pushing the boundaries of what modern UX practice looks like. You'll span research, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design across multiple product initiatives in a fast-moving, complex organization.
What you'll do
Own end-to-end UX across multiple product areas — from research and IA through to interaction and visual design
Integrate AI tools (Figma Make, Claude, Lovable, and others) into your design process and help the team evolve how work gets done
Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear, user-centered solutions
Navigate a large, matrixed organization with frequent context switching and evolving priorities
Contribute to design consistency and quality across customer-facing digital experiences
Required skills
Mid to Senior-level UX generalist experience — research, IA, interaction design, and visual design
Active, hands-on experience with AI design tools such as Figma Make, Claude, Lovable, or similar
Enterprise background with proven ability to operate in large, complex organizational structures
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Proficiency in Figma and comfort with iterative, fast-paced design workflows
Nice to have
Background in enterprise product or experience design
Experience in content and/or product design
Bachelor's or higher in Design, HCI, or a related field
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00 to $70.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
